If your hot tub is in good working order but needs a deep clean, our professional cleaning and valet service is ideal. We use antibacterial products, perform biofilm cleaning, and apply shock treatment to ensure a hygienic and sparkling hot tub. Please note, this service does not include mechanical repairs or component checks.

How it works...
- We will deep clean the Hot Tub cover and treat with a UV resistant cover cleaner.
- We will deep clean the outer Hot Tub panels and treat with a Hot Tub polish.
- We will run a system cleaner through the Hot Tub that is designed for removing bio film.
- We will run a high dose of shock through the Hot Tub once system cleaner has been passed through.
- We will drain your Hot Tub and disposed of dirty water.
- We will part refilled the Hot Tub to blast through any existing cleaners in the pipe work and remove.
- We will then leave the Hot Tub filling with fresh water and re-dose as discussed with client.

If your hot tub is functioning well but needs a thorough cleaning and a component inspection, this service is perfect for you. We will visually inspect all accessible mechanical parts to help identify any potential issues. Our professional cleaning and valet process includes the use of antibacterial products, biofilm removal, and shock treatment to ensure your hot tub remains hygienic and sparkling.

Whats Included?
- We will inspect any mechanical components for ware and tear.

- If you have a cover lifter we will clean and check bolts to make sure all is secure.
- We will run a system cleaner through the hot tub that is designed for removing bio film.

- We will drain your hot tub and check jets where possible, and disposed of dirty water.
- We will clean the hot tub and dispose of any bacteria deposits that look like they might have built up on the hot tub.
- We will inspect the hot tub acrylic shell for any signs of wear treat with polish and mark remover.
- We will part refilled the hot tub to blast through any existing cleaners in the pipe work and remove.
- We will then leave the hot tub filling with fresh water and re dose as discussed with client.
- We will be happy to spend time discussing correct operation of the hot tub and a guide on chemicals where we can.

Our popular two-stage hot tub service is ideal for homeowners who have inherited a hot tub, moved into a new property, or want a thorough cleaning and maintenance check. This service is perfect for hot tubs that need a deep clean, component inspection, or just general upkeep—recommended every 6 to 12 months for optimal performance.
What’s Included:
First Visit:
Drain and thoroughly clean the hot tub, removing excess water and debris
Inspect key components to ensure they are working properly (without water)
Provide guidance on refilling, chemical balancing, and ongoing maintenance
If we identify any necessary repairs, a repair fee of £110 applies, and we’ll provide a quote for the work
Second Visit:
Complete deep cleaning and valet, including biofilm removal and shock treatment
Prepare your hot tub for safe, hygienic use
Revisit any repairs needed from the first visit and complete repairs if applicable
